Hi Ramona,

I'm not drinking shakes.. It's a clear liquid, to drink as is...

I've read about it on this list, and I wanted to know how to use it.

Is it ok to suck on a sugar free breath mint?

I find myself getting weak, never hungry. How can I exist on 1/4 cup

of pudding or yogurt? I thought that this liquid protein would help.

Thanks,

Maggie

I've heard of people diluting the Isopure and I don't think that

should be a problem. Also, I've heard that the Isopure clear can be

used as a liquid like water.

One more thing, When I was scheduled for my colon cancer screening (I

forget the technical name, LOL) and I had to fast for a day, drinking

only clear liquid or eat jello, they told me that the Isopure clear,

because " you can see through it " IS considered a clear liquid. That's

good, because I was also getting in some protein while essentially

fasting!
