Kind of same thing happened to me. You may think you didn't

really have any "issues" but you did indicate a lot of things that

really are issues- candida, possible celiac, colitis at one time?

I know I have some yeast, but no other digestive problems,

and have experienced some strange

things when starting SCD, but I think you could have been having some

die-off. You could also be going through just plain changes in

digestion from removing all grains, which would cause some stool

changes too. Also, the diet has a way of "unmasking" things like

food intolerances that you may not have recognized before. It

would probably be a good idea to try and keep a food diary, and

try to pinpoint any foods that may be problematic. You may want

to avoid eating foods too advanced right now, and try to focus on

well cooked, peeled foods, and see if that help. Did you try the

yogurt? You shouldn't start off with too much of that or other

probiotics, because overdoing those at first can cause the big D.
