Guest guest
I think the reason it wasn't mentioned in that article is because the article was on ediets.com. Who in the diet industry wants to spread the word about weight loss surgery?? It would put them out of business. Anyway, I am hoping the man can get weight loss surgery eventually, but get his bed now so he can live comfortably in the meantime. He must be absolutely miserable. I was never comfortable at 420 pounds whether I was sitting, lying down, standing, what have you. I can't imagine how 1,000 pounds feels. -Sherry (Lake Marcel, WA) BPD/DS Feb. 2, 2001 self-pay 5'5 " / 341 pounds / 33 years old Lost 9 pounds in pre-op weight loss efforts Have lost 70 pounds since surgery!
