Guest guest Posted July 21, 2005 Report Share Posted July 21, 2005 HI , I think it is great that you have lost the 10 pounds. Not everyone loses at the same rate as others. You do have to make sure you are getting enough to eat otherwise you body goes into starvation mode and will hold on to every little calorie it can get. Are you keeping track on www.fitday.com your food intake? You have to make sure you are getting enough protein otherwise your body will look for other sources within your body for energy and it usually will try to get it from the muscles. TO put things into perspective go to the store and pick up 10 pounds of sugar and feel how heavy it is and think about how great it is that your body doesn't have to carry it around anymore.
