Guest guest
Hi Maggie, I know when you are on stage 2 it can be challenging but yet you do survive. I am not sure about this clear liquid protein that you are referring to. You need as much protein as possible because remember that the first rule is protein, protein and protein. That will help you stay the most satisfied and keep up your strength. It lalso helps you heal faster. Once you advance on to stage three then the variety gets better. Do you have the food stage lists. I know that there is more on the list than what you have there. I did alot of soup that I pureed. Do you know what your protein intake a day is? You can keep track on www.fitday.com it is a free website that cna help you. Remember that you do need to eat a certain amount of calories for you to keep up your weight lose and not to go in to stavation mode. Sugar free breath mints might help. -- Re: Isopure Zero carb drink ??? Hi Ramona, I'm not drinking shakes.. It's a clear liquid, to drink as is... I've read about it on this list, and I wanted to know how to use it. Is it ok to suck on a sugar free breath mint? I find myself getting weak, never hungry. How can I exist on 1/4 cup of pudding or yogurt? I thought that this liquid protein would help. Thanks, Maggie > HI Maggie, > It will go away eventually. > It is because you are burning fat. The protein shake is a meal replacement . > I don't think you should dilute it so that it will stay in your system > longer. > sounds like you are doing good so far. keep up the good work. > Ramona
