Also, if you were fine with cow's milk yogurt, you should go back to that. Mara > i pulled them both out 2 days ago and the bone broth that i think > may have done this - and still not great ,nothing goes back till i > feel better -pretty much intro now but D this morning was a bit > oily and never had a hard time digesting fat before? just really > thrown off i guess?? Just go back to your soft, easy-to-digest foods for a few weeks, until your gut ecology has a chance to rebuild. Kim M.
