Given how your body reacts to so many things, are you keeping a food

diary?

If not, why not?

Memories, as you noted above, are notoriously unreliable when correlating

which food item goes with what symptom.

remove them both for a few days or longer, then put one back in and

see what happens. then the other.

Are you still doing your anti yeast drugs? Or any antifungals?

Are they helping?

Also, if you were fine with cow's milk yogurt, you should go back

to that.

Diflucan is notorious for being hard on the gut (kills off a lot of microorganisms, good along with the bad), so that might be why your digestion is faltering right now.

Just go back to your soft, easy-to-digest foods for a few weeks, until your gut ecology has a chance to rebuild.
