Guest guest
I wonder how companies get their nut butter to be so smooth? What kind of machinery are they using? I accidentally purchased Artisana's coconut butter instead of coconut oil (still haven't gotten our TT order) I always thought when it comes to coconuts oil and butter were interchangeable. Not so. Artisana makes a product from the actual coconut meat and turns it into a butter. It is so delicious. This was an honest mistake- I have no idea if this is legal. I emailed the company to ask about if it is made from brown or green coconuts along with some other questions... I know, this does not legalize it I am just curious. I don't cheat. Any cheats I have had in the past 2 years were do to honest mistakes. Consequences are a little to dear. Although after surgery this has shifted a bit- I am thankful. I wonder if this is a similar product to TT's coconut creme concentrate? What is that made of? Thing is I kinda liked it a little too much- I'd eat the whole jar if I could. LOL. I am never happy if I like something like way too much that I resemble a crack head. Joking. Jodi
