Guest guest
Satiety is one of the many miracles of this surgery and I'm going to start embracing it. Sherry, I looked at your pictures and you look great. The weight you have lost really shows, keep up the good work. And I truly agree with your carbs and sugar theory. ( even though I am still post op ) I struggle with a love for carbs too, and don't want to blow my window of opportunity when I have the surgery but will allow myself small portions of carbs to be satisfied. Thanks for sharing the pictures, I hope to make a web site, as soon as I figure out how. LOL Kathy Dr. Elariny June

I have several different ones and have also thought of pulling one off the shelf now that I'm post-op and the theories have a chance of working! I tried so hard to follow that stuff before surgery and never could do it successfully. Thanks for the thoughtful post about carbs. I agree with you in many ways and also experience greater satiety when I include at least a little bit of carbs in my meal. Guest guest
Sherry- I totally agree with you. I don't deny myself but I eat so little of the carbs because the protein fills me up. Congrats on your perfect weight loss. That is wonderful. ERllen(Pam
