Guest guest
After a month with formed BMs, I got D after switching to dairy-free SCD. My doc explained that it was something perfectly normal. Kind of a die-off. Or a detox process, or whatever. I switched to dairy-free on Sept 1st. D lasted for twor or three days. I've been on dairy-free SCD since then. Cheers! > > did anyone get gassy/D when switching from cows to goats? belly is NOT happy today -it's been " lil off " since goat but also had blanched almond butter last couple of days - could be that???? > hate trying new stuff!!!! > eileen 20 months scd >
Guest guest
When I intro in new things my BM's change. If there is no pain and discomfort involved I work through the process. My body is just not used to new foods and it takes time to adjust. Jodi
