Re: Half and half or heavy cream have added ingredients?

When I look up the heavy cream (I want to make french cream) Every brand I have found has carageenan in it. What does everyone use for half and half? Or cream when you want to make a thick yogurt out of it? I use either whole foods brand (365) half and half, or organic valley half and half. I haven't found a cream without additives yet.
