Guest guest
Joann: Yes, it can be. In the first place it can be manipulated when removing the gall bladder, a part of the DS surgery that often has to be done. Secondly morbid obesity is hard on the liver sometimes causing it to be in poor condition. Finally the rapid weight loss from any type of WLS is hard on the liver, not just the DS. And of course drinking during this period puts another problem on our poor overworked liver. Regards.
