Hi, everyone --- As I've posted before, I'm one of those slow losers... but

things have

picked up recently! I'm almost 4 months post-op and I have finally hit the

50 lb mark!

I can't believe I've already lost a little over 50 lbs! What a relief! LOL

This was my first milestone I set and I guess I didn't really believe the

surgery was working until I finally got here!

I'm going for my labs early next week and have my three month post-op with

Dr. G (really at four months post-op but he was gone most of April) at the

end of the month. I will know then what my protein, vitamin, etc. levels are.

all the best,

lap DS with gallbladder removal

Dr. Gagner/Dr.Quinn assisting/Mt. Sinai/NYC

almost 4 months post-op and still feelin' fab! :)

pre-op: 307 lbs/bmi 45 (5'9 " )

now: 254 lbs (still losing! Yahoo)
