I have had UC for 4 years, pretty good now with SCD diet and Lialda. My question

is regarding protein shakes. I lift weights a few times a week and always

enjoyed the extra protein from protein shakes. Are any of them OK? There are

lactose free whey protein isolate shakes with only 1 gram of carbs? Any one have

a advice, experience, or suggestions?

>Not a one is legal.I happened to see this product on Dr. Mercola's

website for 100% pea protein. Just thought

I'd share this for the person looking for protein shakes.

Does this look legal to you Marilyn?
