1-week out and first restaurant

Friend came by to visit this morning, and he asked me to join him at

a local restaurant for lunch. There is a Mexican place around the

corner, and I had often fantasized that post-op I could probably be

more than satisfied with the broiled, marinated shrimp appetizer.

So, i did it: 6 prawns. Wonderful! (A few chips in salsa while

waiting, too!) Filled me up right to the line, but not a bit over.

There *is* life after the switch!

Hi Steve- You sound great. 1 week and ate at a restaurant. I am impressed.

You sound loke you are feeling better and I bet the scales are heading down.
