I don't know about the dimmer switch question. But there's no problem with

yougurt incubating at 120 degrees.

I don't know about the dimmer switch question. But there's no problem with

yougurt incubating at 120 degrees.

Hi n,

Thank you. For some reason I thought that 120 was too high and may kill the good

bacteria. I guess I'll just stick with what I've done before the dimmer switch

and let it hit 120.
