Guest guest
Fantastic shell ! It can only get easier now. I quit cold turkey 6 1/2 years ago. I was told that in the beginning when you crave a smoke to take deep deedp breaths like you where puffing on a cig......it worked, seems the brain was craving oxygen and not the nicotene. Keep it up!!! Your lungs are doing the happy dance! Cecilia --- Shell shells793@...> wrote: > Hello everyone! > > 12 days still not smoking!! Guest guest
That's good to hear Shell. Nothing worse that kissing a woman who smokes...(well, kissing a man who smokes could be worse...) Besides, no sense losing weight to improve your health and still smoke to ruin it. > Hello everyone! > > 12 days still not smoking!! Guest guest
Hi Shell, congratulations on the twelve days and on the bikes! I'm sure you had a good time riding, what a free feeling that must be! Just hang in there with the no smoking, I know just what you're experiencing, as an ex smoker.
