Guest guest
If you have dripped yogurt, you might make dips with it. Let us know if these kinds of ideas appeal to you. They sound pretty good, but the only things I'm eating now as far as fruits and veggies are carrots, zucchini, and bananas. Well, I had a fruit leather at school a couple days when my blood sugar got low during class, but other than that. No cheese, or anything. So I'm pretty limited. I'm hoping to intro applesauce (homemade, of course =) ) spinach, and tomatoes in the near future to give me some more options. And berries. To wean off of carrots and bananas, since yeasties like them. Thanks for the suggestions though! I think I'll see if I can make something mexican-ish with ground beef and spices, and then have yogurt as 'sour cream'. Guest guest
When you get to the point where you can eat nut flour pancakes/waffles try them with dripped yogurt on top. Add cooked fruit (berries, applesauce, peaches are all good) on top of the yogurt. Very delicious and filling. The cooked fruit is sweet enough that honey is not needed. Guest guest
I forgot to add that dripped yogurt is excellent on top of scrambled eggs or in an omelet (cooked with a little turmeric of course!) Guest guest
I eat the dripped yogurt on top of grilled salmon- with a little lemon. Reminiscent of lox and cream cheese.... Remember, if you cook the yogurt you lose the probiotic benefit.
