Guest guest
It's just water weight and will come off quickly. Poor you, though, I know how you must have felt. Don't sweat it too much, Fremont's scales are pretty low. LaWanda At 08:53 PM 6/21/05, you wrote: >uh huh LaWanda. I was expecting to lose two to four >lbs on my trip. Guest guest
I am so not kidding here: WATERMELON Get a seedless and eat until you start to pee and that won't stop for awhile. This helps me a great deal. Also push 100 oz of fluid down per day until then. Just ease up on the fluid that morning. Also squeeze fresh lemon in your water. No sugar, though. You will be free of all that water. WATERMELON! Wasn't sure you heard me the first time. > Hi Robynn, thanks for the reply.
