Re: TJs Freeze dried fruit

I've tried both the strawberries and blueberries. The strawberries are

fantastic! I've never had more than 5 little pieces a day though, so I never

noticed a reaction to them.

I eat the freeze dried mango all the time without any problems. I feel like

someone told me or I read somewhere that eating any dried fruit has the

potential to dehydrate you so you should drink water if eating it. If I don't

drink water with any dried or dehydrated fruit I'll be a little gassy the next

day but that's as much of a reaction as I've ever had.
