Guest guest
I can tolerate Stretch Island Fruit Leather and Fruitabu (the organic version of SIFL). I've never eaten more than 1 a day, and no more than 2 a week. I like to save them for when I have to go out and might need a quick pick me up. Not all flavors are legal. I think only Grape, Apricot, and Raspberry are okay. Just check the ingredients to make sure that they only contain the pureed fruits (the illegal flavors have other ingredients, like natural flavors). Guest guest
Hi Chrissy, I had this happen to me. It was an utter nightmare. Took quite a few weeks and dental cleanings to resolve.. I didn't want to open my mouth.. smile and talk.. I felt totally self conscious! I had no plaque build up. Just a transparent teeth with a gray hue coming from within the tooth itself. All explanations I got like it being from broccoli or green tea staining my teeth did not satisfy me. It wasn't until a while ago that a hygienist posted what her dad the dentist said that basically there is blood supply to the gum to the root of the tooth- that area can be affected by a shift in gut ecology perhaps somehow affecting that root. It's totally about ecology shifting. What interests me.. is all of us that have experienced this (Baden and a couple of more people too) must have some type of critter dying. We have this in common somehow. I wish we knew the name. Anyway, as Baden said to me " welcome to Halloween " and that is -exactly- how it feels. Getting a tongue scraper makes the mouth feel a bit better. No peroxide whatsoever! Jodi
