I look forward to the updates--fascinating how it works and I want to go now!

 

Sounds like you are doing better.  That is great to hear!  Now off to google 'meridians' and splits and other cool stuff ;-).

Hey Alyssa- are you able to eat raw fruits and veggies? I noticed you were using almond flour and coconut flour. This is great progress!!Coconut flour, yes. Almond flour, no. The coconut flour and oil have been really amazing at killing my yeast! As far as raw fruits and veggies, I've been having a smoothie every morning with a raw banana and raw spinach, yogurt, and VCO. I'm planning on introducing some other frozen fruits and some raw leafy greens though since my colon liked them so much! =) Peace =)Alyssa 15 yoUC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)No meds!
