Hey Alyssa- are you able to eat raw fruits and veggies? I noticed you were using almond flour and coconut flour. This is great progress!!Coconut flour, yes. Almond flour, no. The coconut flour and oil have been really amazing at killing my yeast! As far as raw fruits and veggies, I've been having a smoothie every morning with a raw banana and raw spinach, yogurt, and VCO.
