Guest guest
Yana--I only know Rumex acetosa, common sorrel. It is used in salads similar to French sorrel, Rumex scutatus. They are greens that I have had in the past and I only know that like spinach, they are high in oxalic acid which can precipitate a gout attack or cause kidney stones. Since it is like spinach, I don't see why you couldn't eat it. Terry is that legal? I don't know the names of these vegetables in English so excuse me for the Latin LOLThey are similar to spinach but I want to be sure if they are legalRumex patientiaandRumex acetosa Ant suggestions with these? And it would be good for me to finally know their names - 2 benefits!TIAYana
