HI,

I have some good organic milk, but it smells not quite fresh, just

slightly off, not really sour. Since it comes to boil temp, anyone

advise me whether it is ok to use for yoghurt?

thank you,

Ruth

thank you,

The only time in 8 years that my yogurt has failed was when the milk was

a little off, and too close to its sell-by date. Honestly, I'd ditch it

-- I think you'll waste your time, starter, and electricity if you make

this batch with this milk.
