Guest guest
If I were to go back on the intro for a day or two, would I have to re introduce all other foods after that? Like, one food/supplement, then wait 3 days, then another food/supplement, wait 3 days, etc...? Or could I just intro one food a day or something? Generally, you can intro one or two of the foods you tolerated before going back to intro per day. But as always, different people may respond differently. For myself, I've generally been able to resume eating whatever worked pre-going back without additional introductions. But as I said, your mileage may vary. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
