Just starting to check out DS as an option

Hi, I am just starting looking into the DS WLS as an option for me.

I was scheduled for the MGB on 4/11 but it was cancelled. I have my

insurance approval so I want to move on. I was hoping to have the DS

with Dr. in GA. But he is not accepting new patients until

July and then I understand surgery could be another 3 months out

after that. Does any one here know anything about Dr. in

Winston-Salem. He has just started doing the DS, and although I had

my heart set on LAP I may go open.

Also, I have read that one of the side-effects of this surgery is

foul body oder. I haven't seen any post here about it. Is it a side-

effect, if so does it go away? Thanks, , Denver, NC
