Guest guest
Eileen, You should ask him if it is actual desiccated thyroid or is it a T3/T4 combo. From my knowledge there is now way to get Legal desiccated thyroid. I also researched this a bit. As desiccated thyroid contains T1, T2 and calcitonin (good for our bones) that T3/T4 does not contain. I thought I was taking armour for about 18 months LOL. You can also look at the label and read the dosage- that may give a clue? Ohh you have an increase in heart palps? Jodi
Guest guest
I take: Salmon Oil (2 gels) Anchovey/Mackerl/Sardine Oil (2 gels) Cod Liver Oil (1/2 tsp) Freeda Multi (1 tab) Freeda B Complex (1 tab) Calcium (1 - 4 caps, depending on how much I want to take on a given day) Magnesium Malate (6 freakin' caps for just 100% RDA) Vitamin E (1 gel) Vitamin D (1 gel) Vitamin K (1 cap) Coconut Oil (1 to 2 tbsp) Enzymes (usually just 1 or 2 caps) Then there's some stuff I haven't got around to trying yet, but have in the cupboard, like Olive Leaf Extract, Garlic Oil, L-Glutamine, CLA, Betaine HCl, & S. Boulardii. And let's not forgot my prescription meds: Pentasa (GI wants me to go up to max dosage, but I haven't yet) Effexor Zyrtec Lutera (BCP) Add the Humira shots, nose spray, and eye drops, and I take entirely too many meds and supplements!
