He just started this week on SCD (he was diagnosed with UC on July 31st)and we won't be baking much right now, but I need to do some shopping ahead, planning and ordering stuff online. Is coconut flour or almond flour easier to digest? I'm finding great recipes for both, and will probably use both down the line, but it would be nice to know others' experiences with them. Thanks!
