Carol F is not into Bob's due to cross contamination issues (maybe some other

things perhaps?)

The flour looked so silky.. I was tempted.

But I actually like the texture of the baked bread with it being a bit more

hearty and dense.. It becomes fluffy and cake like. But I have not

experimented enough.

It would be lovely to make a mixture from both types of flours.

Do you think running shredded coconut through the Maverick will make it finer?

Or not really?

I feel " off " today.. But am totally able to function! I am so thankful that I

am not bed ridden. Still not touching their products anymore.. I have not had

that kind of explosive and mucous ridden D in a long time.

I do not have any issues with various coconut products.
