Guest guest
Hello everyone, I just came across something I think is a great meal or snack. I buy the FARM RICH brand of breaded Mozzarella sticks that you fry or bake. I always thought they were OK hot (my children love them) but when I baked some and there were leftovers I tucked them into the refrigerator to reheat later. Well...I tried them cold and they were SOOOOO much better than hot. And there are 9 grams of protein in two! Ok, there is a little bit of breading but that is my Waterloo so I hope you understand. I am still pre-op but I thought this might be a good idea for post-op protein needs, otherwise just place this tidbit of info in File 13. I need to go munch on another while I fight the insurance fight. Bye.
