>> Hey ,How many grams of carbs are you eating a day PJ?HollyCrohn'sSCD 12/01/08> Yes, I am, thankfully. I did a couple of things- I read "Life Without Bread" and thought about limiting my carbs- not going no carb, but limiting them. I know some people do this for yeast, but I tried it because of the GI benefits discussed in the book, and it seems to be working. My weakness was using honey in tea, and yogurt, so I cut that out. I also love frozen bananas, and I could eat a bunch, but I limit them to one a day or less.> > Bananas have a lot of carbs. You may want to consider not eating as many- still have your smoothies, but then eat more protein, fats, or lower carb fruits and veggies instead.> > I also am trying LDN, and I think it is making a difference. Still, I was "mushy" a few days ago, and since cutting down on carbs, it's better.> > Hope this helps!> > PJ>
