It seems as if Oregon and Washington can't get it paid for and ones in other states can. Isn't the insurance the same? There are BCBS plans in Oregon/WA ie Boeing Traditional that do cover WLS and a lot of plans that don't. I'm sorry you're going through the appeal process.
