You should called the facility that you were assigned

to and see what they suggest that you do. I know that

KP Richmond gives out a binder with all pertinent

information (i.e., 1200 calorie diet plan) to assist

with losing the 10%.

Pam B-- Why would you need to lose l00 lbs.? You can't weigh 1000

lbs. Right?
