I know that KP Richmond gives out a binder with all pertinent information (i.e., 1200 calorie diet plan) to assist with losing the 10%. Tell them that you have had a hard time, but your ready and need help with whatever you have to do. I know it's hard, but don't lose the faith. Just call and take one step at a time.
