You should called the facility that you were assigned

to and see what they suggest that you do. I know that

KP Richmond gives out a binder with all pertinent

information (i.e., 1200 calorie diet plan) to assist

with losing the 10%.

Pam,

I agree with Pam M. Call the facility that you were planning to have surgery through and pour your guts out. Tell them that you have had a hard time, but your ready and need help with whatever you have to do. I know it's hard, but don't lose the faith. Just call and take one step at a time. :)

Pam,

Pam B-- Why would you need to lose l00 lbs.? You can't weigh 1000

lbs. Right?
