Guest guest Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 I just made a spinach souffle by mixing together 5 eggs, a random amount of spinach, and a random amount of melted butter. I added two cloves of garlic, a generous amount of salt, and I even got crazy and added a sprinkle of nutmeg on a corner to see if I liked it. Then I baked it at 350 uncovered until it looked done. I'm eating some now, and it's actually quite tasty, even without the milk and cheese in most of the recipes. And the nutmeg is actually yummy, weirdly enough =) Just wanted to report!
