My surgery is two weeks from tomorrow and I thank you in advance for

your good advice... I'm starting to get nervous about getting ready..

that's why I'm obsessing about the protein thing..

Thanks again,

I remember well how I was the last couple of weeks before my surgery. I

was a nervous wreck! I ended up on the same anti-anxiety medication I

had been on right after my previous husband died! Realize that it is OK

to be nervous. This is a big step, and will mean a big change to your

life. It's ok, and you'll be ok!

So relax, and do whatever fits with your personal spiritual beliefs.

This means pary, meditate, or just go outside and listen to the birds

and enjoy the world. Your life is about to begin again!
