Guest guest
Hi Shell, glad you had such a nice vacation! Hawaii is wonderful, and I hope I get to go back there someday. This zip thing sounds fascinating! What kind of gear do you wear? I think I'd really love freefalling like that! One of the things vacations are for, as far as I'm concerned, is letting go of things that you have to do in your normal every day life, such as watching everything you eat. I think there is always a chocolate store, or in our case a new food discovered like guava, of which you just can't get enough. Glad you enjoyed the chocolates too, and I think you have the right idea, now that you are back. Get them out of the house, as soon as possible, and just get back on track. Start looking forward to next vacation! LaWanda At 11:07 AM 6/12/05, you wrote: >Hello Everyone, > > and I are back from our trip, and we had a wonderful time. Guest guest
Hey Shell... It sounds like your trip to Kauii was wonderful, but I'm so sorry you got sick sailing the Napoli coast...that's my all time favorite thing to do there! In fact, I'm a sailor, so the captain let me skipper for a couple of hours. It was AWESOME!!!! Always keep your eyes on the horizon, my friend. That's the only way to avoid the dreaded seasickness!!
Love, Salty Dog, and finally POST-surgical (since Wednesday) Robynn Diane Duenas wrote: Welcome Home Shell!!!You missed alot LOL, we all got together at the Richmond meeting last week...well 8 of us did and you could not imagine the energy in the room and the euphoria that continues to carry us through!! Guest guest
Me, too ...because the 10th is my sister's birthday. Besides, by the 17th, I'll just have one more week to lose more weight! Let's see...by then I'll be out exactly three months and one week and two days. What will she weigh by then, she wonders. I''m at 228 right now. Hmmmm.....
