heya Robynn,

I've been calling both / every day, and

also calling member services every day. I've never

left nasty messages, but one or two " abrupt " ones.

Shirley in patient assistance in Fremont is a sweetie,

she's calling them a couple times a day as well. She

actually got through to a live person today (Monday),

and was sure that I would get a call back. Alas, I

didn't. My cell phone is going on my trip with me. I

already have the bariatrics department and patient

assistance numbers programmed in, although I hope

things will be resolved by then.

Cross your fingers and tighten your buttocks!
