Guest guest
A weekend away and I am immediately ordered to put the can I am holding in my hands away. Damn and I had so hoped someone else was holding something in their hands. That was what the post was about. OK, the can is now put away Ms. Robynn. I am ok, nothing exploded. Then again, I haven't read anyone elses posts. > > > Hey gang. > > > > > > Ok, I am really struggling at work. My cracker ass hurts > sitting > > in > > > this freekin chair. Guest guest
I am going to go buy a nice cushion for me bum. Should I just use a pillow or buy something specifically for a chair? Any suggestions? ? Just step back from the keyboard. I know you are tempted to make a suggestion but I beg you to be strong. We are all here for you and to give you the strength you need. Guest guest
I started at 276 and weighed 242 at surgery (I think, I can't remember without looking it up). I have lost 101 at present and weigh 175. I want to be at 150 prior to having any plastics done. Exercise? What is that? Oh wait! I know that is the hell I go through with the eliptical trainer, isn't it? I just call it hell, was thrown off by the word exercise. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week (not enough) and any opprotunity to walk I do. I park further from the door (unless I am running late- which is usual for me) (Hi Colleen!). That is about it. > > Hey gang. > > > > Ok, I am really struggling at work. My cracker ass hurts sitting > in > > this freekin chair. Guest guest
I will go there and look tonight. I forgot to bring anything in today and now that I know what is causing the pain it hurts even more and I have only been sitting for 3 hours. Thanks. > > Hey gang. > > > > Ok, I am really struggling at work. My cracker ass hurts sitting in > > this freekin chair.
