oh mine lasts forever - just like the jars do - months I believe

- there are black specks in ground pecans - that's all it was - lol - i hear you

though, I wonder if my white specks are yeast or because i eat zuc seeds now -

lol - who would have thought we'd inspect bm's??!! LOL

Depends.. some people live with some pretty crazy critters for years!

Microbes means everything.

I don't know your situation and I am not in your body.. But if you see you are

not getting better and tolerance isn't adjusting this is totally an avenue to

look into.
