Guest guest
- there are black specks in ground pecans - that's all it was - lolI actually think it's something different, because I stopped the pecans weeks ago and still have black specs to this day. The only thing I can think it could be food-wise is ground pepper. Whaddya think? Or maybe dead bacteria colonies? (that would be good =D ) Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa 15UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)No meds except for the stupid iron pill I have to take that is SO illegal

Guest guest
Still if you think there may be parasites or bad microbes you gotta get stool checked.. best to go with an integrative lab and get a rectal swab.I doubt it. I'd have some other symptoms, right? And don't all people with gut issues have bad microbes? Or is that just bad bacteria? Anyways, I thought of what else it might be. Banana seeds. They are tiny and black, and I eat them usually every day, so that could explain it..
