Can you do dairy? Avocados are good, how about cheese, extra meat, butter,

coconut oil, nuts butters- calorie dense foods. I know the argument against fats

causing fat- but going for more calories without too many carbs will help. You

still need some carbs- how about adding nut butter and coconut oil to the banana

smoothy?

and thought about limiting my carbs- not going no carb, but limiting them. I

know some people do this for yeast, but I tried it because of the GI benefits

discussed in the book, and it seems to be working. My weakness was using honey

in tea, and yogurt, so I cut that out. I also love frozen bananas, and I could

eat a bunch, but I limit them to one a day or less.

still have your smoothies, but then eat more protein, fats, or lower carb fruits

and veggies instead.

" mushy " a few days ago, and since cutting down on carbs, it's better.
