It is just that it doesn't have anywhere near what it should and also contains starches and sugar most of the time unless she is getting plain. If it were me, I would be recommending the capsule probiotics if she doesn't have the space to make yogurt regularly. As long as you eat it in the beginning of the sell by date, it should be fine. And as long as you get one with good, reliable probiotics. Thanks, that makes sense.
