Guest guest
I eat peanut butter all the time. But its a real trigger food for me...hard to stop once I start kinda thing. If its a trigger for you, my advice would be to not eat it at all. I wish I had never found out I could tolerate certain foods...I was better off thinking I couldnt have it. Guest guest
Miriam, I have had peanut butter (I am 5 and a half months post op) and did fine with it. I have not eaten any in a while though because as you know, it has a lot of fat in it. You should be okay but everyone's body is different. Guest guest
I buy " grind it yourself " peanut butter, so I know exactly what I'm getting - just peanuts. Commercial peanut butters are loaded with salt, sugar, and other NPFs (Non-Pouch Friendlies). If you go the commercial route, read the labels carefully. Uncle Timmy -240 > > > I would like to know...
