Also, did he take any other pain or headache or nausea meds? When I had awful die off (lasting over a week), I was getting a really bad gut or stomach pain, and I finally figured out that since I was taking this migraine medicine for the strong headaches, I should look at the side effects - and sure enough - that was causing the gut pains.
