coconut macaroons

So I have different types of coconut flour now..

I am wanting to make a macaroon type recipe.

Do you think fruit sauce would be a good substitute for honey.

I rather not use too much honey.

If the sauce is thick and sticky, it's worth a try, but it may not get the chewy

texture of a macaroon. There is only one way to find out!!
