Turtle Mtn makes a coconut milk yogurt called So Delicious. While clearly

expensive, would the plain variety it be legal for SCD???

This is absolutely insanely scary.

My brother bought coconut milk that's in the refridge at the supermarket the

other day. It's the same company that makes refridged soy milk. I cringed at

the ingredients (so did he when I explained it to him)

The amazing thing is this is touted as being a " health product "

It is beyond backwards. This being better than fresh whole milk- whatever.

Interestingly, pre-SCD I would of probably guzzled it.

I did eat it, pre-scd. They also make ice cream. Sadly- I thought it was

healthier.
