Guest guest
Wow, thank you. That's resourceful, I love it. I was actually looking more to introduce the yogurt for its healing capabilities. But this is nice to try. Guest guest
, My boys have been on SCD since Jan. I tried low and slow with goats milk yogurt in July and August, and we had issues. Never made it beyond 2 days at 1/8th tsp each. However, we also have strep issues, and the starter I used contained strep bacteria. So, just my experience, but I just ordered a strep-free probio mix, and am going to try making a nut-milk yogurt with them, as they are very stable on acid. and S. Boulaardi. Just my experience.
