Elaine wasn't keen on lots of vitamin supplements, partly because it's so

hard to find ones which don't contain tons of illegals. However, I

can tell you from personal experience, PRE-SCD, that lots of folic acid

can help gout.

Cherries are supposed to be good for gout. Maybe you could drink the cherry

juice from Knudson's Just Juice line?

The Just Tart Cherries is amazing stuff -- and yes, it does help. Me, at

least. Except I have to be careful because of my low tolerance for

fruits.

The Gout was brief the other day.

I can't drink the Cherry juice since it gives me awful D.

All store bought juice gives me D (I wish I would of known this begining of the

diet LOL)

I was told only overweight people experience Gout, I was told the same thing

about Sleep Apnea. I don't fit in that category.

My sleep test is in Oct.

My weight is actually good being post colon surgery.
