What stage is cheese allowed? I

cheese?

Pecanbread stages are dairy free because they are designed for kids with

autism, who often react to casein.

DCCC is OK right away if you are not dairy free. So is yogurt, but I

would add it in small amounts. As far as the rest of the cheeses, I would

start with things like mild cheddar and provolone or havarti and see how

they are tolerated. <g> I am, I admit, a cheeseoholic, and CHEESE

was one of the first things I added in after the intro.

Thanks so much! DH is a cheesoholic as well and he'll be thrilled to hear that he gets to eat his beloved cheese again! :)
